Warranty
At Rob-Land, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing our wellness, recovery and massage products. This Warranty Policy explains how warranty claims are handled for products purchased from rob-land.com.
This policy applies to purchases made through Rob-Land. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this warranty policy.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Product Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, supplier, manufacturer, product type and warranty information provided on the product page.
Where a product includes a warranty, the warranty generally covers manufacturing faults or defects that occur under normal use.
Warranty may cover repair, maintenance, replacement, or another suitable remedy depending on the product issue, product condition, availability of parts, and supplier or manufacturer assessment.
3. Proof of Purchase Required
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase.
Accepted proof may include:
Order confirmation email
Tax invoice or receipt
Warranty slip, where provided
Other purchase records accepted by Rob-Land
Warranty claims may not be processed without valid proof of purchase.
4. What Warranty May Cover
Warranty may apply where the product has a manufacturing fault or defect that affects normal function.
Examples may include:
Product not operating as intended due to a manufacturing issue
Electrical or mechanical fault not caused by misuse
Missing or defective parts supplied with the product
Fault confirmed after product assessment
Each warranty claim is assessed individually.
5. What Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not cover issues caused by customer misuse, negligence, incorrect use, failure to follow instructions, or damage after delivery.
Warranty may not apply to:
Misuse or incorrect use of the product
Failure to follow product instructions
Accidental damage
Damage caused by dropping, impact, water, heat, or improper storage
Unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations
Normal wear and tear
Consumable parts, where applicable
Damage caused by commercial or unsuitable use, unless the product is designed for that purpose
Change of mind or personal preference
6. Product Assessment
Before a warranty remedy can be confirmed, the product may need to be assessed.
Rob-Land may request photos, videos, written details, or return of the product for inspection.
If the product needs to be returned for inspection, please do not send it back until you have received confirmation from our team.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping for Warranty Assessment
Where a product needs to be returned for warranty assessment, the customer may be responsible for sending the item to our assessment location unless otherwise required by law.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or is otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law, Rob-Land will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
If a repaired or replacement item is sent back to you, Rob-Land will advise you of the applicable return delivery process.
8. If the Product Is Found Not to Be Faulty
If the product is inspected and no manufacturing fault is found, or if the issue is caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage, incorrect use, or failure to follow instructions, warranty coverage may not apply.
In this situation, repair, service, handling, inspection, or delivery fees may apply before the product is returned or repaired.
9. Repairs, Replacements and Refunds
Depending on the issue and assessment result, Rob-Land may offer a repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable remedy.
The available remedy will depend on:
The nature of the fault
Whether the issue is major or minor
Product availability
Supplier or manufacturer assessment
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Replacement products are subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable options.
