1. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order request has been received, but it does not guarantee that every item is available or that the order has been accepted for dispatch.

2. Product availability, pricing & information

We aim to keep product information, descriptions, images, prices and availability as accurate as possible. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is identified after you place an order, Rob-Land may contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order.

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, promotions and delivery charges may change without notice.
• Product colours, appearance and sizing may vary slightly depending on screen display settings and product batches.
• Promotional pricing applies only during the relevant promotion period.

3. Payment

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and processed. Available payment methods may include card payment, PayPal, bank transfer or other payment options displayed at checkout.

Bank transfers and some third-party payment methods may require additional processing time. If payment is not received or cannot be verified, Rob-Land may cancel or delay the order.

Rob-Land may request additional verification where required for fraud prevention, payment security or order protection.

4. Delivery

Rob-Land aims to dispatch and deliver orders in a safe and timely manner using reputable delivery providers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, postal delays, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
• Orders may include tracking where available.
• Delivery estimates usually refer to business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Risk in the product generally passes to the customer once the product has been delivered.

Rob-Land is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, faults & inspection

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact Rob-Land before sending the item back. Our team may request photos, proof of purchase, product details or other information to assess the issue.

Items may need to be returned for inspection before a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy can be confirmed. Please do not return an item without first receiving instructions from Rob-Land.

• Returned items should include all original parts, accessories, packaging and instructions where possible.
• Items damaged by misuse, negligence, incorrect use or failure to follow instructions may not qualify for a remedy.
• Where an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, Rob-Land will discuss the available remedy with you.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage may vary by product. Please refer to the relevant product page, warranty information, receipt or contact Rob-Land for warranty details.

Warranty support generally requires proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised repair, accidental damage, improper handling or failure to follow product instructions.

Any warranty provided by Rob-Land is in addition to, and does not replace, rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
