By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or forces outside of our control, which Robland Healthcare Four Five will not be held responsible.
In order to purchase from our business you must be over 18 years old (in Australian years) and possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Robland Healthcare Four Five retains the right to refuse any request made by the customer. You will automatically receive a letter of order placed, however if there are issues with payment or order you will be contacted via email. We will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you are responsible for providing true and accurate details; that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods. All prices and delivery rates advertised are subject to changes without notice and are effective immediately.
Delivery is made once payment is successful. Using reputable couriers such as Australia Post and Fastway Couriers we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in a timely manner.
We are not liable to you for failures, defects or delays in delivery caused by: - Incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer - Your mailbox being full or unattended to - Your failure to comply with instructions for use of the product, or - Any event which is outside of our reasonable control
Orders delivered with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers exclude weekends and public holidays. All PO Box deliveries will be made with Australia Post.
Delivery & payment
Please note that PayPal payments may take up to 1 business day to process. Bank transfers may take 2~3 business days to be complete. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is successful.
Estimated delivery time
Most orders come with a tracking number. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your item has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please use the tracking number provide to receive an update on the delivery status or send your enquiry to email@example.com
Unless otherwise notified, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your order confirmation. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If no one is available to receive your parcel, our couriers will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your nearest depot, or to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
For any return requests or suspected faults with your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry and one of our staff will respond to you within 1~2 business days. Please do not send your item without receiving confirmation from one of our staff first. All returns MUST include all parts including the original item, parts, packaging and instructions unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so may eliminate the possibility for a full refund.
If you suspect your item is faulty, please email email@example.com and our Customer Service Team will respond to your case in 1~2 business days. Please note that all items are checked to confirm its working condition before dispatch. If the working condition or quality is in question, the item is required to be called back to our Melbourne Head Office for further inspection.
Refund/replacement options are discussed after the item is recalled and the suspected manufacture faults are confirmed. As all electronics and technology are tested and non-electronics quality is checked by our staff to confirm its condition before dispatch, the customer is responsible for the return delivery fee to our Melbourne Head Office.
All items are checked to confirm its working condition before dispatch. If your item is not functioning properly, the item is required to be called back to our Melbourne Head Office for further inspection.
If items are deemed faulty due to mis-use or not abiding by the instructions provided, return/delivery/repair/service fees may apply if replacement or repair is required.
For warranty please refer to the description page or email firstname.lastname@example.org for the warranty status of the item in interest. Warranty is only provided to customers with proof of purchase/receipt/warranty slip. Warranty covers any manufacture issues and does not cover mis-use or negligence. Warranty covers any repairs, maintenance, replacements required and the delivery fee to send the replaced or repaired item back to your address. As all items are checked to confirm its working condition before dispatch, warranty does not cover the delivery fee required to send the item to our Melbourne Head Office for inspection and is the responsibility of the customer.
Placing an order involves selecting the item, quantity desired, adding it to your shopping cart and checking out with your delivery and payment details. Once the order is submitted our customers receive a confirmation email of their order. By placing an order, the customer is requesting the items checked out and does not guarantee the item/s are in stock, however Robland will make every effort that the item can be supplied to the customer. To avoid payment and credit card fraud, orders will not be processed until payment is successful. Robland Healthcare Four Five and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Robland Healthcare Four Five currently accepts direct deposit, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard only. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information required. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday 9am to 5.30pm. We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button. Where you pay by PayPal you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. If a PayPal payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Robland Healthcare Four Five reserves the right to cancel the transaction. Where you pay by PayPal a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. Please Note: We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia. Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. If required, further identification for additional security reference checks will be requested. Bank transfers/direct deposits may take 2~3 business days to process. All orders are packed and ready for dispatch after payment is successful.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Although Robland Healthcare Four Five always tries to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this site is accurate, errors may still occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Prices are shown inclusive of GST. Delivery fee will be charged in addition, which can be found at the checkout before payment and is included in the 'Total Cost'.
PromotionsPromotional periods indicate our items are available at a discount cost or a special offer is in place for a limited time only. The prices of items from promotional periods may not be extended at request.
We always do our best to display the colour/s and size of all items available at the site as accurately as possible. However, due to various display monitor settings and for the sake of visibility of the item details, it is possible that your item received may slightly differ in colour and size in real life. Robland Healthcare Four Five does not hold responsible for any misunderstandings created by the customer and advise the customer to refer to the Product Details/Specifications section of the item page for measurements and weight/volume before placing your order. Colours and sizes may be out of stock even when orders are placed. Alternatively, you may contact email@example.com to confirm any details.
Any recommendations or suggestions made by Robland Healthcare Four Five or other interacting customers cannot be guaranteed that the recommendation/suggestion is right for your situation or condition. If you have unique or special medical requirements, please seek the advise of a medical professional before making a purchase. Any comments, recommendations or suggestions are in no way promises to the customer in need of advise.
Misuse of the site is in no way tolerated. You will not commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the service; corrupt data; cause unsafe environments, disrespectful or harrassment to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Cybercrime Act 2001. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password chosen by you when you register on the site and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorised access to your account. We reserves the right to close an account if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way. We reserve the right to delete your account or wishlist at anytime. In this instance your information will not be saved and cannot be retrieved by us.
All comments, feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to us on or by this site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this site, shall be and remain our property.
