Delivery is made once payment is successful. Using reputable couriers such as Australia Post and Fastway Couriers we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in a timely manner.
We are not liable to you for failures, defects or delays in delivery caused by: - Incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer - Your mailbox being full or unattended to - Your failure to comply with instructions for use of the product, or - Any event which is outside of our reasonable control
Orders delivered with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers exclude weekends and public holidays. All PO Box deliveries will be made with Australia Post.
Delivery & payment
Please note that PayPal payments may take up to 1 business day to process. Bank transfers may take 2~3 business days to be complete. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is successful.
Estimated delivery time
Most orders come with a tracking number. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your item has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please use the tracking number provide to receive an update on the delivery status or send your enquiry to email@example.com
Unless otherwise notified, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your order confirmation. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If no one is available to receive your parcel, our couriers will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your nearest depot, or to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
